Ghosts in the Workshop: A Halloween Craft Night

Our Ghosts in the Workshop, Halloween Crafting Night is a little different from the usual night at the craft table. If you’ve heard the stories about our Workshop and our “special friends,” you already know Halloween hits a little differently here. So, for this special Ghosts in the Workshop event, there will be plenty of stories being told about our current residents, because some of our very best have happened right here in this space. Just keep an eye out for our extra guests. You never know when they’ll appear. Please note that the only date for Ghosts in the Workshop is Wednesday, October 21.

Our Nailed It! Crafting Workshops are guided, hands-on creative experiences where you get to play, experiment, layer, mix, match, and create inside a dream craft room, with access to it all as part of your workshop. The Workshops are centered around a shared crafting table, where beginners, seasoned crafters, and everyone in between can make something uniquely their own. Choose a project from any of our Build Collections and when you arrive, it will be handcrafted and waiting for you to bring it to life. Ready to get started?

To choose your project, scroll through the Build Collections below. Each collection has its own price, and every project within that collection is priced the same. Select the project you’d like to make, then customize it during the workshop with your choice of colors, finishes and embellishments. We’ll provide all the materials and guidance you need to make it truly your own.

Build Collections

Our Build Collections are grouped by project size, style, and complexity, making it easy to choose the right fit for your workshop. From Classic Builds to Statement and Signature pieces, each collection includes guided instruction, pre-cut project pieces, and room to make it your own. Click on any photo to view a larger image and see the project name. You’ll need the project name when you register.

Classic Builds - $49.00 each Our Classic Builds include a wide range of projects loaded with the full Nailed It! experience, including basic assembly, simple tool use, and creative finishing for added personalization. Classic Builds are custom cut using cedar, pine and/or some plywood material depending on need. With few exceptions, most Classic Build projects would be considered door hanger size, meaning that they are 16"-22" in size, although every project varies in overall dimension.

Signature Builds - $59.00 each Our Signature Builds are similar to the Classic Builds but are a step up in size, detail, construction, or finishing techniques.

Hammer & Stain Builds - $59.00 each

Our Hammer & Stain Builds are more traditional, functional projects that require painting/staining and in some cases, stenciling or laser engraving.

Statement Builds - $69.00 each Our Statement Builds are traditionally larger more involved projects that may include layered pieces, lighting, mixed materials, or specialty details. Perfect for beginners or seasoned crafters alike.

Mini Monsters & Baby Farm Animal Builds - $42.00 - Mix & Match Any 2.

Our Mini Monsters and Baby Farm Animals are just the cutest little shelf sitters, ever. Each one is approximately 5.5" tall and 3.25" wide at the body. But, they have to go in pairs - it's the buddy system. Pick from any of the Monsters or the Farm Animals, and we'll have them ready when you arrive. Project is not splitable.

Studio Builds - $39.00 each

Our Studio Build Collection is just like our Classic Builds in terms of techniques and overall experience, they are just a touch smaller in size, application or intensity. These projects are perfect little shelf sitters, accent pieces or pops of whimsy.

Quick Builds - $34.00 each

Our Quick Builds are just that. They are quick, simple projects with little to no assembly. Great for kids, beginners, guests short on time, or anyone who wants to add a little extra project to their visit.

Customizations: Stencils for projects will be prepared as shown. Customizations may be available for an additional fee, so please ask. You will be prompted during checkout with a question about customizations. Please indicate your request there. Want to add something to your project? Let us know!

Cancellation & Dress Code Policy

Thank you for choosing Inspired Lumber Workshop! Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we would be happy to help you reschedule for another class. To ensure the best experience for all, please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. This allows us to offer your spot to another participant.

• Please dress appropriately for working within the wood shop, which means no loose clothing, hoodies with strings, sandals (no opened toed shoes), loose jewelry, etc.

• You will be producing lots of sawdust and be working with wood glue and other adhesives within the Workshop, so please dress accordingly.

• Aprons will be provided. Inspired Lumber Workshop will not be held responsible for damage to any clothing. In short - don't wear anything into the wood shop that you aren't willing to risk being damaged.

• We appreciate your understanding and look forward to building with you soon!

1) Add the correct Nailed It! Crafting Workshop Build Collection(s) (Classic, Statement, etc.) to your cart.

2) Click CHECKOUT.

3) Register for the Workshop - first name, last name and email address. Click Continue

4) Ticket Details - this is where you'll choose your project. Please fill out the required information at the top and then scroll down to the same Build Collection that you added to your cart.

5) Scroll through the dropdown menu options and select the project's name that you want us to have handcrafted and ready to go when you arrive.

6) Complete the payment process and get ready to enjoy!
