This summer, your child won’t just be building games—they’ll be building confidence, creativity, and real-world skills. At our Build & Play Summer Camp, campers ages 12 to 17 will take on exciting woodworking projects using real power tools in a safe, supervised environment.
From the hum of the sander to the satisfaction of a perfect drill hole, students will learn how to safely handle tools while crafting a series of custom wooden games, including:
Penny Hockey – A fast-paced tabletop game of skill and strategy
Ring Hook Game – Simple, addicting, and perfect for friendly competition
Coin Hole – A miniature twist on cornhole that sharpens aim and focus
and more creative, game-inspired builds they’ll proudly take home!
With every cut and connection, campers will: - Master basic power tool use with safety as our top priority - Build critical thinking, creativity, and independence - Develop teamwork and communication through group challenges - Apply STEM concepts in a fun, practical setting - Walk away with handcrafted games—and lifelong memories
