Handcrafted Hardwood Cutting Board

A traditional cutting board handcrafted from a carefully selected mix of oak, maple, granadillo, wenge and canarywood. Each hardwood brings its own natural color, grain and character, creating a rich striped pattern without the need for stain or artificial coloring.

With softly rounded edges and a substantial 1¼” thickness, this board has a classic feel and is built for both everyday use and lasting display. Natural variations in the wood make every piece one of a kind.

This board was created by a veteran or first responder through Salute to Carpentry’s Build It Forward program, where participants continue using the woodworking skills they developed through the program to create meaningful pieces for others. The signature and program markings help tell the story of the hands behind the work.

Proceeds from this piece benefit The Inspired Lumber Project, helping provide woodworking experiences, continued shop access, and community for veterans, first responders, and others served through its programs.
